Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy has been devised to clearly outline the scenarios in which DWPlaceSolutions  may provide a refund, the process for raising a refund request, and our responsibilities in such cases. By engaging our services, you accept and agree to the terms set forth below.

Coverage & Scope

This refund policy covers transactions made through DWPlaceSolutions and any website owned and managed by us.
It does not apply to companies or freelancers we don’t own, manage, or control—including third-party services, tools, or products integrated into your project.

Client Communication

We strongly believe that communication is key to successful outcomes. If at any point you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to write to us at info@dwplacesolutions.com to resolve the issue before seeking a refund. We value every client relationship and aim to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Eligibility for Refund

At DWPlaceSolutions, every project is handled with care, clarity, and precision. We work to meet the scope agreed upon in the proposal or contract. Refunds are reviewed based on the stage and type of service rendered.

1. Website Design / Development

  • Full Refund:
    If the project has not yet started or if the initial design has not been approved.
  • Partial Refund:
    If the project has started and milestones have been met, a partial refund may be granted, depending on the completed work.
  • No Refund:
    If the project has been completed, approved, or deployed live on your server or domain.

2. Graphic Design / Branding / Logo / Brochure

  • Full Refund:
    If the design process has not begun or no draft has been shared.
  • Partial Refund:
    If drafts have been delivered but not finalized, based on the work done.
  • No Refund:
    If final files have been delivered or the project has been marked as complete.

     

3. SEO / SMM / Digital Marketing Services

  • These are ongoing services and require consistent effort over time.
    • No refund will be applicable for services already delivered in any billing cycle.
    • For prepaid long-term plans, proportionate refunds may be offered if cancellation is requested with valid justification.

4. Animation & Video Services

  • Full Refund:
    Only if the storyboard or scripting phase hasn’t started.
  • Partial Refund:
    Based on the work completed (scripting, voiceover, animation stages).
  • No Refund:
    Once the final animation/video has been delivered.

Applicability of Refund Policy

  • The client must provide all project inputs, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.Delays due to missing information from the client do not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds are only considered if payment terms have been honored and all dues are cleared.
  • No compensation is provided for minor project delays unless a penalty clause is explicitly signed.

Limitation of Liability

DWPlaceSolutions’ liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project that remains incomplete at the time of cancellation. We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays, third-party tools, or strategic decisions made by the client.

Processing of Refunds

  • Partial Refunds will be processed within 180 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Full Refunds will be processed within 50 business days from the cancellation date.Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Policy Updates

DWPlaceSolutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revised terms.
