You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any of our materials without prior written permission.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information/content needed for projects
  • Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines
  • Making timely payments as per the agreed proposal or invoice

Any delay in client inputs may result in project timeline extensions.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the terms mentioned in the invoice or service agreement. DWPlaceSolutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for delayed or non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We offer limited rounds of revisions as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions or major scope changes may be subject to extra charges.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting, social media channels, analytics tools). We are not liable for any disruptions, limitations, or issues arising from third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability
